The Ondo Journal of Historical Studies (OJHS) aims to be a leading voice in the field of African history, providing a dynamic and respected platform for scholars from around the world. Our Scope

OJHS welcomes original, unpublished research articles that cover a wide range of themes within the history of Nigeria and Africa. This includes, but is not limited to: Pre-colonial, colonial, and post-colonial history; Political, social, and economic history; Diplomatic history and international relations; Cultural and intellectual history; Gender and women's history; and Oral history and memory studies
